Start from a role template. Penny, Sterling, Bell, Iris, and Nova each ship with a persona, a charter, a desk, and starter tasks. Eight templates exist in the product. You can also start from scratch.

Catalog health, unusual orders, promo conflicts, support themes, and search visibility run on a schedule, by hand, or from an incoming email. Each run writes a usable file: slides, PDF, Word, or Excel. You decide what each one can see and do.
Chat in Microsoft Teams
Chat with them privately or @mention them in a Teams channel. The same report can post there, with the deck or spreadsheet attached. This is for staff, not shoppers, and is available on request.
