CHATTERgo Workspace AI and CHATTERgo Commerce AI share one access model: everyone in your organization signs in with their own account, and what they can see and do is governed by roles.
Custom roles
Beyond the built-in owner, admin, and member roles, you can define custom roles for your organization: create a role in Roles & Permissions, tick the permissions it should have in the permission matrix, and assign it to members. Access changes take effect on members' next actions.
Per-agent visibility
Agents can be limited to certain roles or specific people from the agent's Access tab in Agent Studio, and agents can have managers — members who can configure the agent without full admin rights.
Organization default agents (the ones unaddressed messages route to) are open to all organization members by default, and org owners always retain access.
Audit log
Role definitions, assignments, and permission-sensitive changes are recorded in the audit log, available as a tab in Roles & Permissions — so admin teams can answer who changed what.
Platform administration
For platform teams, a platform-admin source of truth governs cross-organization administration — no hardcoded lists — and every new organization is seeded with its first owner at creation.
