Features
- Interactive product demos on chattergo.ai — the homepage Personal Shopper card plays a proactive consultant scene where Birdy steps in with a personalised offer, and the Ask Birdy button opens the real chat seeded with a comparison request. The Commerce Operations card shows a Microsoft Teams message picked up by Penny, who works through a visible tool trace to a sourced brief and spreadsheet delivered back to the thread. Both simulations loop, with a replay control.
- A scripted two-story chat demo on Conversations, built to mirror the production widget. Find & Buy plays the full shopping journey — question, personalised picks, side-by-side comparison, add to cart, an offer check with the discount applied, and checkout. Live agent handover plays AI-first answers, a teammate joining with the history and cart attached, resolving the issue, and handing back to AI with full context.
- Named agent roles made visible on Internal agents — all eight role templates with portraits, plus two new sections. What a colleague can use covers the tool inventory — catalog search, competitor price watch, promo and discount scanning, inventory signals, order queries, insight summarisation, search visibility checks, and sheet and deck builders. How work lands covers delivery — run on a schedule, on demand, or from an incoming email; output as slides, PDF, Word, or Excel; delivered by email or Microsoft Teams.
- Deep platform integrations documented on Conversations — Shopify brings metafield-aware catalog sync, logged-in shopper recognition through Shopify customer accounts, multi-locale via Shopify Markets, and cart and checkout tools on by default. Magento 2 brings full REST API integration for B2C and B2B, including quote-based price handling. Custom modules let you connect your own tools — loyalty, membership, booking — and render answers as native UI blocks (loyalty cards, data tables, calls to action) inside the conversation.
- Multi-channel support surfaced on Conversations — the same assistant on the web widget and on WhatsApp, with WhatsApp add-to-cart and checkout links available to enable.
- The full recommendations strategy catalog on Recommendations — all fifteen strategies grouped by what drives them. Proven demand — frequently bought together, visitors also viewed, popular right now. In-the-moment intent — cart-context, free-shipping nudge, collection and brand context, related-item and repeat-need. Shopper personalisation — recommended for you, recent views, profile and preference-based. Performance is managed automatically — the experience matrix flags Top performer and Low CTR rows, and the Balanced preset promotes what converts.
Fixes
- Removed Platform from the main navigation and footer across languages; the page remains reachable by direct URL while we transition.
- Tightened feature-page layouts on Conversations, Consultant, and Recommendations — explanations now follow the interactive demo, and redundant summary sections were removed.
- Fixed the replay control on the homepage simulations, which could stay hidden after the first play.
