CHATTERgo started on the storefront — CHATTERgo Commerce AI sells and supports for your shoppers. CHATTERgo Workspace AI points the same agent platform the other way: at your own team's work.
What it does
- Internal chat — a web-based chat where your team talks to agents the same way shoppers do on the storefront, backed by your connected tools and knowledge.
- Agent Studio — build, configure, and run agents: give each one a purpose, a dashboard, tools, and repositories. See Agent Studio.
- Task runs that produce real work — agents run multi-step tasks in a sandbox and can produce finished artifacts — presentations, PDFs, Word and Excel files, and images — attached to the run and to notification emails.
- App integrations — agents work the apps your team already lives in, like ClickUp and your code repositories, and can join your team where it already talks — Microsoft Teams. See Apps and channels.

Workspace AI is for internal teams: operations, marketing, engineering, support leads — anyone whose repetitive research-and-produce work an agent can absorb while they keep the judgment calls.
Access control
Workspace agents are governed by your organization's roles. Custom roles with a permission matrix, per-agent visibility, and an audit log are covered in Roles and access.
